Abstract

Un procedimiento y un dispositivo para el filtrado por cargas de lodo o productos filtrables similares en un filtro-prensa, al que están acopladas una bomba para la alimentación del lodo y generación de la presión de filtrado, y una cámara de aire destinada a almacenar temporalmente el lodo bajo presión, consistiendo cada carga en una fase de llenado, durante la que el filtro-prensa es llenado con lodo, que al menos en parte es retirado de la cámara de aire, una fase de filtración, durante la que la bomba transporta lodo al filtro-prensa para generar la presión de filtrado, y una fase de vaciado, en la que, estando bloqueada la comunicación con la cámara de aire, se abre el filtro prensa y se tira la tora de filtración, siendo la cámara de aire alimentada durante parte de cada carga de filtración alimentada con lodo transportado por la bomba, estando caracterizado el procedimiento por el hecho de que la cámara de aire es alimentada con lodo por la bomba durante la fase de vaciado.
