Abstract
Un motor de combustión interna del tipo que comprende un sistema de suministro de aire cy combustible que comprende medios de conducción de entrada donde se ha previsto una región de mezcla en la que combustible gaseoso licuado que es suministrado desde un tanque o depósito se mezcla con aire de combustión suministrado a través de una entrada de aire, con lo cual se proporciona una mezcla sustancialmente homogénea de fuel/aire combustible que pasa a las respectivas cámara o cámaras de combustión del motor antes del encendido, caracterizado porque se ha previsto en combinación, (a) una línea de suministro de combustible destinada para transportar el combustible gaseoso licuado en un estado líquido desde dichos tanque o depósito hasta medios de tobera a través de los cuales, en el funcionamiento, el combustible gaseoso licuado se introduce directamente en la citada región de mezcla donde el combustible se somete a vaporización y mezcla rápidas con el aire de combustión, acompañándose a esta etapa la de enfriamiento de dicho aire (b) medios de detección aptos para detectar la diferencia de temperatura entre el aire entrante aguas arriba de dicha región de mezcla y la mezcla combustible /aire aguas abajo de dicha región y de esta manera comprobar el efecto de enfriamiento de la vaporización y mezcla del combustible gaseoso licuado, cuyo efecto de enfriamiento se corresponde con la relación combustible/aire de la mezcla y © medios de control susceptibles de responder a la diferencia de temperatura detectada por dichos medios de detección y para controlar automáticamente las proporciones relativas en las que se mezclan el combustible y el aire constituyentes de la mezcla , y de este modo controlar la relación combustible/aire de la mezcla, con lo que se establece y mantiene dicha diferencia de temperatura con un valor particular predeterminado que es seleccionable de manera que se corresponda con el valor de la relación combustible /aire, con lo que se proporciona un nivel deseadodel rendimiento del motor, en cuya disposición, los medios de detección y los medios de control constituyen juntamente un sistema de control de mezcla.
