Abstract
Filtro de presión para separar, por lo manos parcialmente, una mezcla que incluye una fase líquida y una fase sólida en un producto que contiene, sustancialmente, la fase sólida y un producto que contiene, sustancialmente, la fase líquida, que incluye una pluralidad de rodillos filtrantes huecos, cilíndricos y paralelos, que tienen una superficie cilíndrica perforada, una pluralidad de rodillos de retorno y/o de rodillos de tensado, y una correa de presión sinfín no perforada que pasa alrededor de una porción circunferencial de la superficie cilíndrica de cada uno de los rodillos filtrantes y alrededor de los rodillos de retorno y tensado, para que la separación de la mezcla se efectúe en la zona de contacto de la correa de presión y de la porción circunferencial de la superficie cilíndrica de los rodillos filtrantes bajo una presión ajustable ejercida por la correa de presión sobre la superficie cilíndrica, un dispositivo de distribución para suministrar la mezcla que ha de ser separada bajo una presión controlable al intervalo formado entre la correa de presión y los rodillos filtrantes, un dispositivo para hacer circular la correa de presión sinfín, haciendo girar simultáneamente los rodillos filtrantes y los rodillos de retorno, un dispositivo para suministrar la mezcla que ha de ser separada al dispositivo de distribución, y un dispositivo para descargar la fase líquida y la fase sólida separadas, caracterizado porque los rodillos filtrantes están agrupados en dos hileras dispuestas la una al lado de la otra constituidas por rodillos situados el uno debajo del otro, teniendo los rodillos de las dos hileras una dirección opuesta de rotación los unos respecto a los otros, y utilizandose ambos lados de la correa de presión para ejercer la presión sobre la superficie cilíndrica.
