Abstract
Procedimiento y su correspondiente dispositivo para el transporte de materiales radioactivos, caracterizado por comprender la constitución de un deposito de transporte para materiales radioactivos secos el cual esta dotado de un cuerpo en forma de recipiente abierto por un extremo destinado a recibir los materiales radioactivos a transportar y una envolvente absorbente de radiación soportada por dicho cuerpo y que rodea el interior del mismo, así como una tapa desmontable conformada de forma que se acople sobre dicho extremo del mencionado cuerpo, cerrando el mismo y constituyendo un dispositivo anular de sellado con el mismo y existiendo asimismo medios para embridar dicha tapa al mencionado cuerpo en el extremo de este, para formar un envase estanco a los gases destinado a contener dichos materiales radioactivos y poseyendo un sistema de purga de fluidos destinado a controlar las condiciones atmosféricas en el interior de dicho envase, el cual comprende un sistema de pasos para fluidos que se extienden hacia dentro de dicho envase y que comunican entre el interior y el exterior del mismo así como una válvula de control de flujo de fluido dispuesta en dicho paso de comunicación, en el exterior del mencionado recipiente y existiendo medios de sellado posteriores a la purga que comprenden una tapa de sellado que se extiende desde dicha válvula y que se embrida al mencionado receptáculo y un dispositivo de sellado estanco a los fluidos de tipo circunferencial, que rodea dicho paso de fluidos y que esta embridado entre la mencionada tapa y el receptáculo.
