Abstract

Procedimiento contínuo de puesta en dispersión acuosa fínamente dividida de una fase homgénea que contiene al menos un ingrediente sólido fusible, estable al almacenaje a temperatura ambiente bajo agitación, y eventualmente al menos un ingrediente líquido según el cual se somete en contínuo a un gradiente de velocidad elevado, en una zona de agitación, una mezcla extemporánea obtenida por puesta en contaco de una solución acuosa de agente dispersante y de la fase homogénea en estado fundido, caracterizado porque se regulan las temperaturas y los caudales respectivos de la solución acuosa y de la fase homogénea de forma que la fase homógenea de la dispersión así realizada alcance su temperatura de solidificación después de que la dispersión se ha evacuado de la zona de agitación y antes de que el equilibrio térmico entre la solución acuosa y la fase homógena sea alcanzado.
