Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar una composición farmacéutica, revestida , soluble en el duodeno, adecuada para ingestión oral, caracterizada porque comprende preparar un núcleo que tiene de 6 a 33% por peso de 1-(2-clorodibenzo[b,f]oxepin-10-il)-4-metilpiperazina o una sal farmaceúticamente aceptable de la misma, y de 67 a 94% por peso de un portador farmacéutico inerte; revestir este núcleo con una solución de disolvente orgánico de ftalato de hidroxipropil metilcelulosa; remover el disolvente orgánico y aplicar revestimientos sucesivos hasta que la composición contenga de 7 a 15% por peso del ftalato de hidroxipropil metilcelulosa y tenga un espesor de revestimiento de 0.1 a 0.2 milímetros.
