Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de hilos de doble constituyentes, constituidos esencialmente por filamentos bilaminas y plurilaminas, caracterizado porque se efectúa un hilado con distribución estadística de las dos composiciones a hilar, siendo distribuidas las dos composiciones por medio de un sistema mezclador dicotómico que comprende tubos que tienen todos un diámetro interno idéntico que puede variar de 5 a 25 mm, preferentemente de 7 a 14 mm y que contienen todos el mismo número de elementos helicoidales en serie , a izquierda y a derecha alternados, estando dispuesto el borde de ataque de cada uno de los elementos a 90º con relación al borde de fuga del precedente y estando comprendido el número de elementos por tubo entre 4 y 9 preferentemente de 5 a 8
