Abstract
Procedimiento para la purificación de soluciones de fluoruro amónico industriales por eliminación de ácido silícico e iónes de hierro por arrastre del ácido silícico durante la precipitación con las sales del hierro (III) a un pH superior a 8,5 y un contenido de la solución de más de un 1% en peso de amoniaco libre, caracterizado porque la sal de hierro (III) se agrega a una temperatura por debajo de 30ºC a la solución de fluoruro amónico y, antes, durante o después del precipitado, a la solución se le agrega tanto de una o de varias sales disueltas de los iónes de los metales alcalinos, metales alcalinotérreos, zinc, aluminio y/o plomo, de manera que la solución esté saturada como mínimo con uno de estos iónes.
