Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en las bandejas para gel electroforético, caracterizados porque la bandeja comprende: una bandeja poco profunda portadora de gel divida en al menos dos departamentos por un nervio divisor, habiendo sido impregnado cada departamento con un substrato y un reactivo formador de color específicos a uno de los sistemas proteicos polimorfos del grupo consistente en deshidrogenasa del ácido láctico (LDH) , fosfatasa alcalina (AP), fosfoquinasa de creatinina (CPK), fosfatasa de ácido eritrocítico (EAP), deshidrogenasa de glucosa 6-fosfatasa (G-6PD), adenilatoquinasa (AK), componente específico de grupo (gc), lizoproteína (Lp), adenosinadesaminasa (ADA), deshidrogenasa de 6-fosfogluconato (6-PGD), transaminasa glutamica piruvida (GTP), estereasa D ( EsD), y otros.
