Abstract

Procedimiento para el revestimiento de superficies de vidrio, especialmente de botellas de vidrio, para evitar el esparcimiento de partículas de vidrio al estallar, con una capa protectora trasparente duro-plástica, de mas de 50 micras, por aplicación de masas de poliisocianatos y compuestos conteniendo grupos hidroxilo, asi como aditivos usuales de elaboración y endurecimiento del revestimiento a temperaturas elevadas, caracterizado porque primeramente se trata la superficie de vidrio limpia con un aparato de xilano acuoso o alcohólico, se seca y seguidamente la superficie de vidrio así tratada, se reviste con una masa de diisocianatos alifáticos y/o cicloalifaticos o sus productos de reacción con aguas en la proporción molar de 2: = 1 y una mezcla de compuestos conteniendo grupos hidroxilo consistente en 40-80% de peso, preferentemente 50-75% de peso de poliesterpolicles trifuncionales, conteniendo grupos hidroxilo de ácido dicarboxilicos alifaticos y/o cicloalifaticos y una mezcla de tricles respectivamente ácidos tricarbolxilicos y dioles con un peso molecular medio de 300 hasta 1400, 15-50% de peso preferentemente 20-40% de peso de poliéster polioles bifuncionales, conteniendo grupos hidroxilo de ácido dicarboxilicos alifáticos y/o cicloalifaticos y dioles con un peso molecular medio de 400 a 2000 y eventualmente 2,5 -25% de peso, preferentemente 5-15% de peso de dichas alifáticos y/0 cicloalifaticos, referido a la cantidad total de la polioles y se endurezca, eventualmente con ulterior suministro de calor.
