Abstract

Un método de fabricar un detergente para el lavado de la ropa, que comprende las operaciones de preparar una mezcla de amasadora acuosa de una zaolita cambiadora de iones, agua y una sal de metal alcalino mejoradora de la detergencia, soluble en agua, la cual es un pirofosfato de metal alcalino, un carbonato de metal alcalino, una mezcla de carbonato de metal alcalino y bicarbonato de metal alcalino, o una mezcla de carbonato de metal alcalino y silicato de metal alcalino, secar por pulverización dicha mezcla de amasadora atomizándola en aire de secado calentado a una temperatura en el intervalo de aproximadamente 150 a 350ºC a fin de producir glóbulos secados de tamaños de partículas sustancialmente en el margen de mallas números 6 a 160 de la serie de tamices de EE.UU., mezclar con tales partículas secadas por pulverización una prolongación mejoradora de detergencia de silicato de sodio hidratado cuando no esté presente ningún otro silicato mejorador de detergencia soluble en agua en laspartículas secadas por pulverización, y rociar sobre las superficies de las perlas de base o mezcla de perlas de base y silicato de metal alcalino hidratado, mientras tales perlas o tal mezcla están siendo volteadas, un detergente orgánico sintético de iónico en estado líquido y una temperatura en el intervalo de 20 a 70ºC, de modo que dicho detergente no iónico líquido sea absorbido por las perlas secadas por pulverización o por una mezcla de tales perlas y silicatos de sodio hidratado a fin de dar como resultado la producción de un detergente para lavado de la ropa, en partículas, que fluye con facilidad y que tiene una densidad aparente mayor que la que resulta normalmente del secado por pulverización.
