Abstract
Un dispositivo para exploración y presentación por medio de ondas ultrasónicas, que comprende un convertidor ultrasónico que incluye transductores, y también un cierto número de conmutadores para conectar selectivamente transductores establecidos de dicho convertidor o bien con dispositivo para el almacenamiento y/o la presentación de una imagen ultrasónica o bien con un generador para generar señales eléctricas con el fin de producir los haces ultrasónicos transmitidos, caracterizado porque el convertidor electroacústico comprende una matriz rectangular en la cual los transductores están dispuestos en filas y columnas.
