Abstract
Mejoras en las disposiciones de reacción fotoquímica, caracterizadas por la provisión de: a) una matriz de reaccionantes químicos y b) un conjunto de diodos fotoquímicos independientes suspendido en la matriz de reaccionantes, comprendiendo los diodos fotoquímicos dos porciones, una primera porción que comprende por lo menos un material semiconductor apropiadamente adulterado de un tipo dado de conductividad y provisto de un contacto ohmico y una segunda porción que comprende o bien metal que esta unido a dicha primera porción a través de dicho contacto, ohmico o bien por lo menos un material semiconductor apropiadamente adulterado de un tipo de conductividad opuesto al de dicha primera porción, provisto de un contacto ohmico y unido a dicha primera porción, provisto de un contacto ohmico y unido a dicha primera porción a través de ambos de dichos contactos ohmicos, siendo capaz el conjunto de diodos resultante suspendido de estimular reacciones químicas con la luz, de forma tal que la energía óptica se convierta en energía química.
