Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de un medio mejorado de diagnóstico para la comprobación de cuerpos cetónicos en líquidos, especialmente en líquidos del cuerpo, caracterizado porque un substrato absorbente se impregna sucesivamente en las soluciones siguientes, secándose después de impregnado con cada una de ellas: a) una solución acuosa de la sustancia tampón alcalina y un aminoácido inferior hidrosoluble, b) una solución de un ácido orgánico soluble en un disolvente orgánico, en un disolvente orgánico o respectivamente en una mezcla de tales disolventes, c) una solución de nitroprusiato sódico y un ácido orgánico soluble en agua y en disolventes orgánicos.
