Abstract

Un aparato mejorado para recoger y remover humo y vapores de una planta de horno de fusión que comprende una plataforma sostenida inclinablemente mediante miembros estacionarios de soporte, quedando el eje de inclinación adyacente a una orilla de la plataforma, un horno de inducción sostenido por la plataforma, estando la cámara del horno de dicho horno de inducción abierta en la parte superior y teniendo acceso a la misma a través de un agujero que consta en dicha plataforma teniendo el horno de inducción una espita de colada que consta en la parte superior de la pared lateral del honro, cerca del eje de inclinación, comprendiendo dicho aparato una cubierta capaz de pivotearse alrededor de un eje horizontal paralelo al eje de inclinación de la plataforma, estando dicha cubierta conectada a un ducto de descarga y estando abierta en el fondo, caracterizado porque dicho eje de pivote es estacionario con respecto a dichos soportes estacionarios y está colocado arriba de la cubierta y conectadoa dicha cubierta mediante un péndulo colocado para permitir el desplazamiento angular de la cubierta desde una primera posición, - en la cual el orificio del fondo de la cubierta queda de frente con la superficie de la plataforma y con dicho agujero-, hacia una segunda posición en la cual el orificio del fondo está colocado lateralmente en la plataforma, más allá de un plano vertical a través de la orilla de la plataforma adyacente al eje de inclinación.
