Abstract

Método para retirar elementos de combustible nuclear de una zona de fabricación al mismo tiempo que se verifican los elementos de combustible por lo que a fugas se refiere y sin liberar agentes contaminantes a partir de dicho edificio de fabricación que incluye: un compartimiento que se extiende en dicho edificio de fabricación con una primera puerta entre el compartimiento y el interior del edificio y una segunda puerta entre el compartimiento y el exterior del edificio, en el cual dicho elemento de combustible se introduce a través del orificio de dicha primera puerta en dicho compartimiento, se cierra herméticamente dicha primera puerta y se cambia el aire del compartimiento antes de abrir la segunda puerta, caracterizado porque antes de cambiar el aire se hace el vacío en dicho compartimiento y un dispositivo detector de fugas conectado con dicho primer compartimiento para detectar la presencia en éste de partículas procedentes de dicho elemento de combustible se activa, y se abre dichasegunda puerta solamente si dicho dispositivo detector de fugas no ha detectado ninguna partícula lo que permite retirar dicho elemento de combustible a través de dicho orificio de dicha segunda puerta mientras que si dicho dispositivo detector de fugas ha detectado partículas, se abre totalmente dicha primera puerta de comunicación con dibujo compartimiento y dichos elementos de combustible vuelven a dicho edificio sin liberación de agentes contaminantes procedentes de este último
