Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de conque moldeado según el cual se calienta, en una atmósfera no oxidante, aglomerados, caracterizándose este procedimiento porque los aglomerados se preparan por compresión a partir de una pasta que contiene: - del 60 al 85% en peso de carbones no coquificables, - del 10 al 30% en peso de carbones aglutinantes con un índice de hinchamiento superior a 2, - y del 5 al 13% en peso de ligante, cuya pasta se somete en el dilatómetro ARNU a un calentamiento de 6°C por minuto, proporcionando una contracción cuyo valor se encuentra comprendido entre 3 y 15%, preferentemente entre 5 y 10%, y un hinchamiento nulo o aproximado a 0, y porque los aglomerados se calientan, en una atmósfera no oxidante a una temperatura de aproximadamente 100ºC hasta una temperatura de por lo menos 700ºC aproximadamente, con ''una velocidad de calentamiento comprendida entre 7 y 14ºC por minuto.
