Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de un material separador para cromatografía de capa delgada, del tipo que comprende un material soporte recubierto de una delgada capa de absorbente, que puede contener en caso dado aglutinante y/o indicadores, caracterizado porque se impregna, bajo condiciones de temperatura y humedad ambientes, la capa de absorbente de un material separador para cromatografía de capa delgada, cuya superficie está sin modificar, con una solución de un agente de silanización en un disolvente orgánico inerte frente al agente de silanización, con un punto de ebullición comprendido entre 30 y 180ºC, a continuación se seca al aire, bajo condiciones de humedad ambiente, seguidamente se lava el producto de la etapa anterior, en primer lugar con al menos un disolvente aprótico, y a continuación, tras secado al aire, con al menos un disolvente prótico.
