Abstract

La présente invention concerne une matière de séparation pour chromatographie en couche mince et un procédé pour sa préparation. Il s'agit d'une matière de séparation pour chromatographie en couche mince CCM comprenant un support revêtu d'une mince couche d'adsorbant et contenant éventuellement en outre des liants et/ou des indicateurs, matière caractérisée par le fait que l'adsorbant comporte une surface modifiée par réaction de la couche de CCM, sans exclusion de l'humidite, sur un agent de signalisation. Application aux opérations de chromatographie en couche mince.
