Abstract

La invención se refiere a nuevos derivados de difenil-éter de fórmula general I **(Fórmula)** donde R1 significa F, Cl, Br o CF3, Y significa COOH, COOR2, CH2OH o CH2OAc, R2 significa alquilo o arilo, en cada caso con hasta 8 átomos de carbono y Ac significa acilo con 1-8 átomos de carbono, así como sus sales fisiológicamente compatibles. Estos compuestos, con buena compatibilidad, poseen propiedades farmacológicas especialmente valiosas. En especial se presentan efectos inhibidores de la agregación de trombocitos, lo que se puede demostrar, por ejemplo, con ayuda del ensayo de agregación de plaquitas.
