Abstract

Procedimiento y aparato para el almacenamiento frigorifico y conservación de productos frescos, tales como, en especial, frutas y verduras, así como en particular vino y bebidas similares, en un mueble frigorifico dotado de un espacio interior con aislamiento gélido y que puede ser cerrado, con un vaporizador por el que circula el medio frigorifico y que hace que la temperatura del volumen de aire existente en el espacio interior desciende de manera regulable con relación a la temperatura exterior, caracterizados porque el vaporizador está dispuesto en la corriente de aire de al menos un ventilador, y porque la superficie del vaporizador presenta una temperatura superior a 0ºC, mientras que la humedad relativa del aire se mantiene dentro de la gama comprendida entre 80% y 98% de humedad relativa, y porque el aire existente en el mueble frigorifico se mantiene libre de gases metabólicos que fomentan la maduración.
