Abstract
Procedimiento de obtención de un material conteniendo sílice del tipo de las zeolitas, que tiene el modelo de difracción de rayos X indicado en la table I anterior y que tiene la composición química expresada por la fórmula: 0,6 a 1,4 R2O Al2O3 * más de 5 SiO2. 0 a 40 H2O en donde R es un catión monovalente o 1/n de un catión de valencia n; caracterizado porque comprende hacer reaccionar una mezcla acuosa consistente en al menos una fuente de sílice, al menos una fuente de alúmina y al menos un compuesto de amonio cuaternario metilado o un compuesto de fosfonio cuaternario metilado, teniendo la mezcla la siguiente composición molar: SiO/Al2O3 al menos 10 OH-/SiO2 0,2 a 12,0 X-/SiO2 0 a 3,0 Q+ /(Q+ + AK+) 0,05 a 1,0 OH- /Ak+/(Q+ + AK+)/SiO2 0, a 0,8 H2O/OH- 25 a 250 en donde O+ es el ión amonio o fosfonio cuaternario metilado; Ak+ es un ión de metal alcalino; y X- es un anión monovalente de un anión de ácido fuerte o 1/n de un anión de ácido fuerte de valencia n, eligiéndose las condiciones para producir un precipitado que contiene al menos 20% p/p de material conteniendo sílice del tipo de las zeolitas.
