Abstract

Un método para la preparación de timosina alfa1 a partir de la fracción timosínica 5, caracterizado porque comprenden en su realización, el cromatografiar la fracción timosínica 5, liofilizada, sobre una columna de carboximetil-celulosa en un tampón de acetato sódico/2-mercaptoetanol de pH 5,0, lavar la columna primero con este tampón y luego eluirla con un gradiente lineal de dicho tampón y dicho tampón más NaCl 1,0 M.
