Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos compuestos tricíclicos biológicamente activos de la fórmula: **(Fórmula)** y sales de los mismos; donde R1 representa hidrógeno, alcohilo (1-6 C), aralcohilo opcionalmente sustituido o acilo, R2 representa hidrógeno, alcohilo (1-6 C) o aralcohilo opcionalmente sustituido, o R1 + R2 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno representan un anillo heterocíclico de 5 o 6 miembros, X e Y representan cada uno hidrógeno, hidroxi, halógeno, alcohilo (1-6 C), alcoxi (1-6 C), nitro, trifluorometilo o aciloxi, y la línea de trazos representa un enlace adicional opcional, caracterizado por el hecho de que estos compuestos se preparan de una manera bien conocida para la preparación de compuestos análogos.
