Abstract

Perfeccionamiento en conjuntos rascadores para correas transportadoras sin fin del tipo que comprenden una serie de elemento rascadores montados en un dispositivo de soporte, estando dispuestos dichos elementos rascadores para ser empujados por medio del dispositivo de soporte contra una superficie de la correa transportadora que debe roscarse, y cuyos elementos tienen al menos un borde roscado inclinado respecto a la dirección de desplazamiento de la correa transportadora, y cuyos elementos consisten en un cuerpo elástico con un perfil de montaje fijamente vulcanizado con una ranura de corte inferior abierta hacia fuera para un perno por medio del cual es retenido fuertemente sobre el dispositivo de soporte el elemento rascador, caracterizados porque la ranura de corte inferior del perfil de montaje se extiende en ángulo inclinado alfa hacia el borde rascador de los elementos rascadores y porque el dispositivo de soporte comprende un elemento de soporte alargado con una superficie curva de soporte que mira hacia los elementos rascadores contra cuyas superficies chocan los bordes de la abertura de la ranura de corte inferior y cuya superficie, gracias a su curvatura, penetra parcialmente en la abertura de la ranura para orientar la ranura de corte inferior y cuya superficie, gracias a su curvatura penetra parcialmente en la abertura de la ranura para orientar la ranura de corte inferior paralelamente al elemento de soporte orientado de este modo el borde rascador de los elementos rascadores oblicuamente con relación a la dirección de desplazamiento de la correa transportadora.
