Abstract
Método y aparato para reprimir la filtración de estaño en el extremo de salida de un aparato en funcionamiento para la formación de vidrio por flotación, caracterizado porque comprendiendo un depósito que contiene un baño de estaño derretido sobre el cual se está formando continuamente una cinta de vidrio y un refrigerador en el extremo de salida del depósito en el cual el extremo de salida del depósito y el refrigerador absorben el calor irradiado desde la adyacente cinta de vidrio y rodillos transportadores y de elevación de más alta temperatura, comprende asimismo medios de formación de una protección térmica mediante una hoja de material aislante de cartón fuerte de encuadernar.
