Abstract

Motor diesel de pistones contrapuestos, que comporta pistones alternativos conectados a un árbol rotativo motriz por el intermedio de balancines y manivelas, con las extremidades de los balancines conectadas a los pistones y realizando un desplazamiento angular limitado, a lo largo de un arco próximo o que intersecta con las líneas a lo largo de las cuales se desplazan alternativamente los pistones, caracterizado porque las conexiones entre el balancín (7) y el pistón (5) están constituidas por un elemento (31, 32) que funciona excéntricamente, el cual posee una primera superficie curvada de contacto, centrada en un eje (A) fijo con respecto al pistón (5), y un segunda superficie curvada de contacto, centrada en un eje (B) fijo con relación a la biela (7); de manera que cada uno de los citados ejes (A, B) cae dentro del área delimitada por la otra superficie de contacto respectiva.
