Abstract

Perfeccionamiento en el proceso e instalación para la fabricación continua de productos celulares en resina termoendurecible, para la fabricación en continuo de napas u hojas de resina fenólica expandida, presentando una capa endurecida sobre cada una de sus caras, según el cual una mezcla comprendiendo especialmente una resina resol, un agente hinchable y un catalizador de endurecimiento, es depositada sobre; la superficie esencialmente plana de un órgano transportador, es llevada a espumar, y es conformada entre dos superficies paralelas arrastradas en el mismo sentido, la superficie inferior está situada en el mismo plano que la superficie del órgano transportador, caracterizados porque en una primera fase, después de haber repartido la mezcla a la temperatura ambiente y en el estado líquido sobre todo el ancho de la superficie del órgano transportador de manera que se constituya una napa de espesor esencialmente uniforme, se encamina la mezcla del aire libre hacia las superficies de conformación, sometiendo la mezcla a un calentamiento con el fin de expandirla.
