Abstract
Un procedimiento para producir acrilonitrilo por medio de la amoxidación catalítica en fase vapor de propileno, que pueda utilizarse para producir acrilonitrilo con altos rendimientos de acrilonitrilo durante largos periodos de tiempo incluso cuando la relación molar de oxígeno a propileno sea baja, producir acrilonitrilo con altos rendimientos incluso cuando la relación molar de amoniaco a propileno sea baja, mantener los altos rendimientos de acrilonitrilo bajo elevadas presiones y permitir la drástica reducción de la pérdida de catalizador. Este objetivo se logra utilizando un catalizador multifomentado con óxido de hierro/antimonio y fluidizado, de una composición que se halla dentro de una estrecha gama y de una estructura catalítica específica, que comprende un óxido de hierro, un óxido de antimonio, un óxido de molibdeno, un óxido de por lo menos un metal elegido del grupo formado por V y W, un óxido de telurio, un óxido de por lo menos un metal elegido del grupo formado por Cu, Mg,Zn y Ni y sílice.
