Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar derivados de piperacina substituidas de fórmula I: *** en donde R2 es hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, hidroxi-alquilo inferior o fenilo facultativamente substituido por un grupo hidroxialquilo o alquilo inferior, Y es oxígeno o azufre, X es un grupo de fórmula C = O, C = S ó CHOH, Z es oxígeno, azufre o un enlace directo, R3 es un grupo alquilo o alquenilo de cadena lineal o ramificada, que está substituido en un grupo metilo por dos o tres átomos de halógeno, o es un grupo adamantilo, m es 0 ó 1, y n es un número entero de 0 a 4, con la condición de que cuando m=0, entonces n=0, con la condición de que cuando X es un grupo de fórmula ¿CHOH- entonces m es 0, n es 1 y Z es un enlace directo.
