Abstract

Un dispositivo de fijación formante de rosca que tiene una parte de penetración en la labor y una parte de retención de la labor, un hilo de rosca laminado continuo en ambas partes citadas, de penetración en la labor y de retención de la labor, yendo la formación de rosca, en dicha parte de penetración en la labro, en disminución o convergencia (cónica en general) y dotada de una sección transversal en superficie primitiva en forma de polígono arqueado en general, con un número impar de lados arqueados que se van confundiendo gradualmente con unos lóbulos intermedios de estampación de rosca, teniendo la formación de rosca de dicha parte de retención de la labor, también, una sección transversal, en superficie primitiva, de formas de polígono arqueado en general con un número impar de lados arqueados que se van confundiendo gradualmente con unos lóbulos intermedios, siendo el número de lados y lóbulos de dicha parte de retención, respectivamente, el mismo número de lados y lóbulos de la citada parte de penetración en la labor, siendo los radios de curvatura de los lados, en cada parte, sustancialmente mayores que los radios de curvatura de los lóbulos de dicha parte, y siendo la lobulación en la parte de retención sustancialmente menor que la lobulación en dicha parte de penetración en la labor, definiéndose dicha lobulación como la distancia máxima que hay desde la cresta de la rosca, en un lado arqueado, hasta la circunferencia que se circunscribe a las crestas de la rosa en los lóbulos adyacentes, siendo la lobulación en dicha extremidad de penetración en la labor suficiente para producir una acción formante de rosca con par o momento reducido en una pieza de labor, y apartándose la lobulación, en la parte de retención, respecto de la configuración circular, lo suficiente para reforzar, en la rosca de la parte de retención, una acción de bloqueo y un aumento en el par o momento de extracción cuando dicha parte está roscada en la citada pieza de labor.
