Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de insulina, caracterizado porque consiste en preparar un extracto conteniendo insulina a partir de glándulas pancreáticas, cuyo extracto se trata hasta la insulina pura, caracterizado porque el tratamiento se realiza de tal forma que la insulina se mantiene en estado disuelto durante todo el proceso, sin cambio de fase, hasta la recuperación final de la insulina, siendo separadas las sustancias no deseadas, desde el principio al fin el proceso, de los disolventes utilizados.
