Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de materiales áridos ligeros de construcción y, más particularmente, de fabricación de áridos ligeros, caracterizado por aplicar pasta a plástico esférico arrastrado por aire a un espesor de 0, 1-2 mm de la pasta formar intermedios de los áridos ligeros, realizándose la pasta incorporando conjuntamente 60-99% de tierra viscosa, 0-20% de cemento Pórtland, 0-6% de arena, 0-10% de hidróxido cálcico y 0-4% de silicato sódico con una cantidad apropiada de agua y recubrimiento los intermedios de los áridos ligeros con mortero de cemento a una relación en volumen de cemento a arena de 1:1 a 1:6 con un espesor de 0,5-3 mm de mortero de cemento y fraguándolos a una temperatura de 0 - 70ºC durante 3-100 horas o secando los intermedios de los áridos ligeros y tostándolos a una temperatura de 400-1300ºC durante 2-5 horas para formar áridos ligeros.
