Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de un material de separación para la cromatografía en capa delgada, por recubrimiento de un material soporte con gel de sílice que puede contener un medio aglutinante y/o indicadores, caracterizado porque se prepara a temperatura sensiblemente ambiente una suspensión de agua y gel de sílice, que está compuesto por partículas con un estrecho margen de tamaño de partículas con un estrecho margen de tamaño de partícula comprendido entre 3 y 8 mym, porque se homogeneiza completamente esta suspensión, se libera de burbujas de aire, se extiende en capas de espesor homogéneo sobre el material soporte de modo que después del secado se obtenga un espesor de capa comprendido entre 100 y 300 mym.
