Abstract

Máquina exprimidora-trituradora de pulpa de tomate, susceptible a ser enlatada en crudo, caracterizada por comprender un dispositivo de transporte y de corte, siguiendo el eje longitudinal de los tomatos, constituido por un sistema de correas paralelas animadas de movimiento continuo, y constitutivas de diversos canales transportadores de los tomates, a la altura de los cuales una serie de cuchillas que giran en sincronización con los tomates, les cortan aproximadamente por su mitad, alojándose a continuación de este sistema de correas un dispositivo separador de los tomates cortados, el cual orienta las superficies planas de los frutos sobre una cinta transportadora perforada situada a continuación, la cual dispone de elementos dispuestos para exprimir las semillas y triturar la pulpa de cada una de las porciones del tomate, constituido respectivamente por dos rodillos locos de presión separados convenientemente entre sí.
