Abstract
Procedure for obtaining deodorant compositions, characterized in that in a first step, a proteinase inhibitor of formula is prepared: ** (See formula) ** through the steps of (a) preparing a culture solution consisting of 2% malic acid, 1% glucose, 0.5% casein hydrolyzate, 1% yeast extract and 0.4% CaCO3; (b) sterilization of the culture solution, for one hour, at 121ºC; inoculation of the culture medium with 0.3 to 10%, preferably 1 to 5% of a previous culture of Streptomyces michiganensis, obtained in the same culture solution; (c) incubation, under intense aeration, at 20º -40ºC, preferably 25-30ºC, until a maximum inhibitor titer is reached, preferably for 2 to 5 days; (d) Isolation of the crude inhibitor from the culture broth, after separating the mycelia by centrifugation or filtration; and in a second stage, the resulting inhibitor is mixed with inert, solid, semi-solid and liquid vehicles and deluents.
