Abstract

Un procedimiento de fabricación por moldeo en un molde de artículos de acolchado constituidos de un núcleo interno de poliuretanoexpandido y de una piel formada de poliuretano íntimamente unida a dicho núcleo interno, que comprende las fases de: - verter, a través de adecuada abertura, en la cavidad de un molde de tipo rodante, preferiblemente constituido de un material que tiene conductividad térmica muy baja, encontrándose a temperatura comprendida entre 20º y 40º, una cantidad determinada, suficiente de formar una capa, de una primera mezcla líquida, exenta de diluyentes, de sustancias de reacción autoreticulantes aptas de formar una piel de poliuretano, comprendiendo a lo menos una sustancia polimérica polifuncional conteniendo a lo menos dos hidrógenos activos, a lo menos un compuesto polifuneional de bajo peso molecular que tiene a lo menos dos hidrógenos activos, a lo menos un poliisocianaton orgánico, eventualmente un agente espumoso, un agente regulador de poros y un agente regulador de viscosidad de la mezcla, a lo menos un agente tensoactivo.
