Abstract
Procedure for obtaining esters of benzixozazole (thiono) phosphoric acids (phosphonices), of general formula: **(See formula)** where X signifies an oxygen or sulfur atom, R and R1, which may be the same or different, each represent a straight or branched chain alkyl radical with 1-6 carbon atoms, R1 alternatively representing an alkoxy radical with 1-6 carbon atoms, Y represents an alkyl, alkoxy, alkyl mercapto or nitro radical and Y1 represents alkyl, alkoxy, alkylmer apt or nitro, or (but only when Y is an alkyl radical), a chlorine atom; characterized in that a 3-hydroxy-benzisoxasol of general formula is reacted: **(See formula)** either in the presence of an acid acceptor or in the form of an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal or ammonium salt, with a halide of an ester of a (thiono) phosphoric (phosphanic) acid of the general formula: **(See formula)** in which formulas: Y, Y1, R, R1 and X are defined as above in formula (1), and Hal represents a halogen atom, in the presence of an inert organic solvent, at temperatures of the order of 0 to 120ºC, with preferably 40 to 70ºC.
