Abstract

El aparato de separación por campo eléctrico del presente invento comprende una mejora sobre los separadores de la técnica anterior, en los cuales se intentaba efectuar la separación en un plano en general horizontal o inclinado desviando para ello ciertas partículas en sentido lateral con respecto a la dirección de alimentación del material. Se proporciona un paso para el flujo de material en partículas y se dispone un campo eléctrico lateralmente a través de ese paso, disponiendo para ello electrodos espaciados por encima y por debajo de la trayectoria que sigue el material y eléctricamente aislados de ella, cuyos electrodos están en alineación con, y se extienden en sentido lateral de, la trayectoria de alimentación del material.
