A water vapour- and air-permeable laminate comprises an open-cell foamed thermoplastic film bonded to one or both faces of a woven glass fabric web the air permeability is 0À0025-0À25 ml./sec. cm.2 cm. head (B.S. 2925), the water vapour permeability is at least 6000 g./m.2 day mil. at 38 C. and 98% R.H.
