Abstract

Pharmaceutical compositions, having decarboxylase-inhibiting activity suitable for oral or parenteral administration contain a novel hydrazide of the formula or acid addition salts thereof in association with compatible pharmaceutical carriers. The compositions may also contain L-dopa or acid addition salts thereof and may be used in the treatment of Parkinsonism.
