Abstract
A self-supporting coaxial cable comprises an inner conductor 4 surrounded by dielectric 5 and outer conductor 6, which carries a dielectric separator layer 7 capable of movement with respect to a permeable layer 8 and outer dielectric layer 15, layers 8, 15 being bonded together to form the self - supporting means. As shown, sheath 15 is joined by a web 3 to an audio pair 9.
