Abstract

In a tractor and backhoe of the type shown in Fig. 1 a stabilizer leg 16 or 17 includes a bifurcated part 41, 42 and a second part 34 (piston-rod or an hydraulic cylinder or motor 32, pivotally connected by a pin passing through axially aligned apertures in the arms 41, 42 of the bifurcated part and the second part, said pin having a central portion to provide a journal for the second part and frustoconical end portions.
