An apparatus for supplying granulated or powdered materials and the like, comprising a main body or cover with a storage compartment for material therein; a secondary compartment for the temporary reception of material. operatively associated with said storage compartment; means for supplying and mixing material at the lower end of said body; an actuator at the upper end of said body and means for transmitting movement between said actuator and said supply means of material for supplying material, alternately, between said storage compartment and said secondary compartment; said body comprises a substantially hollow unit with an upper end wall and side walls extending downwardly therefrom and terminating at a peripheral edge to define in part said storage compartment; said secondary compartment comprises a removable base-adjustable element with said peripheral edge and provided with side walls directed downwards and a lower non-perforated closing wall for partially defining said secondary compartment; and said material supply and mixing means comprise a central closure wall, removably positioned between said compartments which has a series of apertures therethrough in order to form a screen or sieve through which the material can be supplied alternately between said compartments, a rotating driving element operatively connected to said movement transmission means, said rotating driving element is close to said storage compartment and is movable by said actuator.
