Improvements in liquid dispensing apparatuses, in particular apparatuses for supplying predetermined quantities of liquid, characterized in that such apparatuses comprise a tank; an inlet port to conduct liquid into the tank; a first valve for controlling the flow of liquid through said inlet mouth; an outlet hole to conduct liquid from the tank; a second valve for controlling the flow of liquid through said outlet orifice; and a regulation system selectively operable (a) to allow the opening of said second valve only when the tank liquid is at a preselected high level, (b) to keep said valve open later until the level reaches a height preselected low, and (c) coincidentally closing said second valve and opening the first one when the tank liquid reaches said preselected low level, said regulating device being further conditioned to keep the first valve open until the liquid in the tank reach said high pre-selected level.
