Abstract

1. Cierre para recipientes perfeccionado, del tipo que comprenden dos piezas que ponen en evidencia si han sido violados, comprendiendo un casquete (2) metálico rasgable y un tapón de plástico (3) que puede volver a usarse; dicho casquete (2) incluye un panel central deprimido (10) que está rodeado por un canal de cierre (11) abierto inferiormente teniendo dicho canal una capred interna (12) que se extiende hacia arriba, en una posición sustancialmente vertical, a partir de dicho panel central (10), una pared anular superior (13) y una pared externa (14) dispuesta sustancialmente en posición vertical, la cual termina en un borde libre inferior (15); una tira rasgable (16) que se extiende diametralmente, formada en dicho casquete (2) la cual empieza en el citado borde libre (15) en una oreja de sujeción (18) que se proyecta exteriormente; dicha tira rasgable (16) está definida por un par de líneas con muesca (17) que se inician en cada costado de la citada oreja (18) y se extienden a travésde dicho casquete, caracterizado en que el citado tapón inferior (3) posee una configuración complementaria para alojarse dentro de dicho casquete (2) y para proporcionar un espacio anular (12a, 14a) entre las paredes verticales adyacentes (12, 14) de dicho casquete (2) y tapón inferior (3) de manera que dicho tapón inferior (3) puede expandirse dentro del citado casquete (2) para acomodarse a las variaciones dimensionales del recipiente. 2. Cierre según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que dicho tapón inferior (3) tiene un panel deprimido (4) rodeado por un canal de cierre (5) abierto inferiormente y teniendo el citado canal (5) una pared interna (6), una pared anular superior (7) y una pared externa (8) sustancialmente en posición vertical que posee básicamente la misma longitud que tiene la pared interna (6) mencionada. 3. Cierre según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizados en que existen elementos adicionales de retención (19) para mantener dicho tapón inferior (3) y dicho casquete 82) acoplados entre sí. 4. Cierre según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizados en que existen medios piloto (34, 34a) para cerrar dicho cierre en la abertura del recipiente. 5. Cierre para recipientes perfeccionado.
