Abstract

Hilera multicapa perfeccionada para la producción de películas, hojas o placas de materia plástica multicolor, del tipo plano en el que hay varios canales de alimentación de materia plástica que desembocan en los alojamientos transversales aplanados que se hallan dispuestos en el cuerpo de la hilera y que a su vez desembocan en un entrehierro común delimitado por los labios de la hilera y que determinan el grosor de la película o la hoja multicapa, caracterizado en que dentro del cuerpo de la hilera se encuentra una placa (7) cuyo borde transversal situado más abajo comporta, como si fuera un peine, dientes (9) que terminan en una punta y delimitan espacios trapezoidales (10) cuya sección aumenta de arriba a abajo, de tal modo que estos espacios son contiguos a sus extremos hacia abajo, y en cada uno de los cuales desemboca un canal de alimentación (12, 13, 14) de material plástico de color (A, B, C), cuyos espacios (10) comunican directamente con un corredor transversal aplanado (15) en elque se forma una hoja o una película mediante la yuxtaposición de vetas de materia plástica provenientes de los precitados espacios: dicho corredor aplanado (15) se une a continuación con otros corredores (16, 19) en comunicación con los canales de alimentación (18, 22) de materia para la capa soporte (D) y de materia para la cobertura (E), antes de desembocar en el entrehierro (6) de la hilera).
