Abstract

Dispositivo de ajuste de una tapadera sobre un recipiente de cocción bajo presión que, comprende un estribo colocado enfrente de la cara externa de la tapadera destinado a ser calzado en una dirección opuesta al recipiente por ganchos de retención fijados al borde de este último, estando esta tapadera unida al estribo por un tornillo axial atornillado en una tuerca hecha solidaria de un órgano de mando manual, cuya rotación en el sentido del cierre de la tapadera tiene por efecto destornillar la tuerca respecto al tornillo, separar del estribo la tapadera y ajustar ésta sobre el borde del recipiente, caracterizado porque este tornillo y esta tuerca comprenden topes que limitan la carrera de destornillado en el sentido del cierre, con el fin de limitar la fuerza de ajuste de la tapadera contra el estribo y el borde del recipiente a un valor predeterminado.
