Abstract

Bocado de freno para caballos, que se compone de una barra de bocado con taladros en los lados de los extremos para el alojamiento de anillas o de elementos anulares para la fijación de las riendas, caracterizada porque la barra de bocado se compone de un cuerpo moldeado con una sección transversal aproximadamente ovalada o circular, y de un material que presenta una elevada resistencia mecánica al desgaste, elásticamente flexible e incompresible, especialmente de un material elastómero de poliuretano reticulado, el cual se ensancha cónicamente desde el centro hacia los dos extremos del cuerpo moldeado provistos de los taladros, con configuración de un nervio central de diámetro muy pequeño y elásticamente flexible que se proyecta a lo largo de un tranco corto, y presenta, a ambos lados del nervio central, superficies de apoyo aplanadas para la lengua del caballo que discurren paralelamente a los ejes longitudinales de los taladros y que se proyectan desde el nervio hacia los extremos del cuerpo moldeado, y una superficie lisa a modo de superficie deslizante.
