Abstract
Formulación farmacéutica que contiene: a) miel de grado farmacéuticamente aceptable; b) mucílago de Malva; y c) extracto de una planta o mezcla de extractos de diferentes plantas con un contenido total de polisacáridos >= 30% en peso sobre el peso total del extracto o mezcla de extractos secos.
Claims (15)
1. Formulación farmacéutica que contiene:
a) miel de grado farmacéuticamente aceptable;
b) mucílago de Malva; y
c) extracto de una planta o mezcla de extractos de diferentes plantas con un contenido total de polisacáridos > 30% en peso sobre el peso total del extracto o mezcla de extractos secos.
2. Formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 en la que la miel de grado farmacéuticamente aceptable es miel de acacia.
3. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 o 2 en la que la miel de grado farmacéuticamente aceptable está presente en una cantidad que varía entre el 8% p/p y el 40% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación.
4. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3 en la que la miel de grado farmacéuticamente aceptable está presente en una cantidad que varía entre el 15% p/p y el 35% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación.
5. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con cada una de las reivindicaciones anteriores en la que el mucílago de Malva está presente en una cantidad que varía entre el 1% p/p y el 10% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación.
6. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5 en la que el mucílago de Malva está presente en una cantidad que varía entre 1.5% p/p y 4.5% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación.
7. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con cada una de las reivindicaciones anteriores en la que el extracto o mezcla de extractos está presente en una cantidad que varía entre el 1% y el 8% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación.
8. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 7 en la que el extracto o la mezcla de extractos está presente en una cantidad que varía entre 1.5% p/p y 4.5% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación.
9. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con cada una de las reivindicaciones anteriores en la que el mucílago de Malva es mucílago de Malva sylvestris.

La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con cada una de las reivindicaciones anteriores en la que los extractos de una o más plantas son extractos de Aloe barbadensis, Aloe vera, Helichrysum italicum, Helichrysum stoechas Moench, Inula helenium, Plantago major, Matricaria recutita o Commiphora myrrha.
11. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con cada una de las reivindicaciones anteriores que contiene un agente mucoadhesivo adicional seleccionado de goma xantana, PVP y ácido hialurónico.

La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con cada una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, que además contiene un vehículo, diluyente, agente antiapelmazamiento, agente desintegrante, emulsionante, edulcorante, agente gelificante, conservante, antioxidante, agente regulador, ajustador de pH, agente saborizante, elemento traza y/o mezclas de los mismos.
13. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 que comprende:
- p/p de miel que asciende al 8-30% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación;
- p/p de mucílago de Malva sylvestris que asciende a 2-10% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación;
- p/p de una mezcla de extractos de Inula helenium, Helichrysum stoechas Moench y Plantago major con un contenido de polisacáridos >30%, que asciende a 2-8% p/p sobre el peso total de la formulación.
14. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con cada una de las reivindicaciones anteriores en forma de solución, aspersión oral, tableta o jarabe.
15. La formulación farmacéutica de acuerdo con cada una de las reivindicaciones anteriores para uso oral en el tratamiento de la tos seca y productiva y dolencias de garganta.
